RELEASE OF LIABILITY

I grant permission for The ExtraOrdinary Women Project to share my story, pictures and other necessary data when publishing and releasing it to media including but not limited to social media, websites, radio, television and newspapers.

  • I release The ExtraOrdinary Women Project from any claims, demands for compensation, damages, or liability from the publication of my story in the said media.

  • I am at least 18 years old and competent to sign this release.

  • I have read this release before signing and I understand this agreement and accept the terms above.
